During this one-hour class, you'll learn: Practical self-defense techniques that work—even against a larger, stronger attacker. How to stay aware of your surroundings and recognize potential danger before it happens. Simple, effective responses to real-life situations. Confidence-building skills that empower you both mentally and physically. This class is welcoming to beginners of all fitness levels and is recommended for ages 10 and older. Second Annual Pinktoberfest at The Fairfield Join us for our Second Annual Pinktoberfest, a special community celebration dedicated to raising awareness, honoring survivors, and supporting the fight against breast cancer. Enjoy an afternoon filled with local vendors, signature drinks, delicious food, games, live entertainment, and opportunities to give back. Wear your favorite pink attire and gather with friends, family, and the community as we celebrate hope, strength, and togetherness. A portion of proceeds and event fundraising efforts will benefit breast cancer awareness initiatives and support programs.
